Well i have this problem..

Try to reinstall rapidleech. $host variable has no reason to be empty unless you didn't upload some files or they can't be accessed by php.

i uploaded all... how i can know which files can't be access by php?

Intenta setear temporalmente los permisos de todos los archivos en 0777, si aun así no te funciona, intenta otras versiones de aqui(de arriba hacia abajo): http://code.google.c.../downloads/list y avisa en cual te funciona en cual no o si no te funciona en ninguna.
