Greetings
im one of your script's fan from Iran
if there is no problem with admins, i decided to translate and re-code the template for Persian users

i'll be glad if anyone especially admins give me some instruction for beginning of this project and version to use as a source so in future updates there be less problems

i've had a look at files in this version as a SOURCE project: rapidleech 2.3 v42 pre-release t2 plusrar4 of course its approximately like other versions with some additional addons and AJAX enabled.

because PESIAN is a right to left (RTL) language i must chane/add some attributes in CSS and HTML of template

here is a TO DO list:

1. translating language file: en.php [done]
2. changes files Encoding to UTF-8 (the worst part!~!)[done]
3. Re design Graphics & buttons in farsi version [done]
4. add/change attributes in templates files: templates/plugmod for RTL languages [done]
5. change necessary parameters in index.php [done]

i dont think any other changes may be nessesary but if there is anything else i need to know i'll be glad to hear about it before i start not in the middle of project!~!

i'm actually in the process of converting RL to utf-8 to get rid of that annoying problem where some files from megaupload are transferred as vid& instead of vidéo - well the problem is that MU returns html entities in place of foreign or certain ascii chars, so to change back to utf8 or other you just need to html_entity_decode($filename, ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8'). the ent_quotes will make sure double and single quotes are converted correctly for filenames containing apostrophe ('). This would also need to be done for other hosts if they use the same method, or another method, depending on the filehost.
I will be committing my changes to SVN so if you want to keep an eye out at what you need to do you'll easily see in a diff report there.

to convert all files to utf8, well that's strange they should all be utf8 without bom already in SVN...if not it's just as simple to open the file and save it as UTF8 if it isn't already. However I would strongly recommend you start from SVN stage to develop your project. some text editors always revert back to ANSI encoding anyway if the file does not contain any non-ascii characters on save.

seems i have a problem with demo!!!

it tranfer the files!~!
i dont want it to leech any files
i try to chmode or even delete the FILES directory
but every times it show an error about changing the chmode to 777
and also do not let the script run

from where i can delete this php code? and ideas?
