Board Rules - Updated 26 January 2010

By maintaining an account and posting on RapidLeech.com, you hereby agree to abide by these rules.

As noted below, breaching these rules can result in post or thread deletion, and continued breaches can result in your user account being put into the penalty box on either a temporary (binned) or permanent basis (banned).

Please remember the following rules when posting:

No irritating PM's to the staff. Please don't keep pm'ing the Rapidleech staff looking for personal help with a problem, simply check the FAQ first, and if you can't find your answer there, search in the forum. If you still can't find what you're looking for, open a new thread in the Help and Support section.
If you continue to pm the staff with useless questions then you will be issued a warning. Further ignorance will result in a ban.

Double Posting, Topic Bumping and Old Topics

• You may not reply to your own post (double post).
• You may edit your last post if you were the last poster, but only if your post is not older than 3 days old.
• You may not reply to any topic older than than 3 days where you are the author and it has had no replies (also known as bumping).
• You may not reply to a post older than 30 days or more.

No Advertising/spamming. Advertising of any kind or spamming is strictly prohibited.

No Pornographic Materials. No sexually offensive or sexually explicit material. This includes suggestive images, graphics, and comments.

No Personal Attacks. Do not call other members names, even in jest. You may attack or dispute opinions and facts, but do so with facts and not by taking it to a personal level.

No Avatar Abuse. These are a luxury and abuse of them will result in them being lost and your account being restricted. No pornographic or explicit material.

No Trolling. You will not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this forum. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This includes messages in profiles and signatures.

No Harassment. Try to keep discussions on a positive note.

No Duplicate Posting. There is no need to post your message or question to more than one forum.

No Multiple Identities. Registering multiple usernames and posting under all of them as different people will not be tolerated. Anyone caught doing this will have all related usernames disabled and their posting priviledges removed.

No Profile Abuse. Using your profile to post offensive or unsuitable material, or using it to harass or offend another user is unacceptable. Please be sensible when it comes to your signature aswell, having a signature that is twice as long as your posts is generally frowned upon.

No Plagiarism. Cite all sources fully in the post and with link when available.

No offensive language or user names (phonetic spellings included).

Only "Official Seller" can sell Rapidleech Hosting On the forum, no-one else. For example, new members cannot join the forum and start selling rapidleech hosting.

For Joining Official Seller (RLH - Rapidleech Hosting Partner) User Group:

They should:

• be 2 months old member
  
• in the mean time, have no complains or infractions should be pending
  
• be able to prove to the staff that they own their own server
  
• agree to pay 10-25% commission of their earnings to the rapidleech forum every month, or agreed lumpsum per month
  
• any seller who came to sell under company name, should link to T.O.S on their thread , and clearly display their refund policies on their site
  
• post VPS sales in the "Other Hosting" forum category (not in Rapidleech Hosting category)
  
• any seller who has their own company name, must be 6 months old, and must give testimonials (reviews) proof of real clients' reviews about their service, before they are admitted to "Official Seller" group
