web proxies?? You are lucky if you can download fast using them.
Use SOCKS better.

hmmm i' kinda confused.... "123.456.78.90 port XXXX" is a proxy, right? i can put that on my browser's setting, right?
then what kind of proxy is "concealme.com, sneakme.net, etc"??
i tried googling for proxy scripts and what i found are PHP, CGI ZELUNE, GLYPE scripts... they are scripts to make proxy website..
the script that i was actually looking for is the one to make "123.456.78.90 port XX"... is it possible??
what keywords am i supposed to use in google? i always get results for WEB PROXY SCRIPTS... and obviously, its not the scripts that i'm looking for.. any help guys???

What you want is a Socks or a HTTP Proxy. There you can define a Port. But for that you need you own server and not a webspace.
If you want to do it with a Webspace just add a Port listener to apache/nginx/lighttpd..
