i never lived in Singapore before, but i did live in malaysia for around 6-7 months and as much as i know you wouldnt be able to find a good laptop in normal situation with that price, you need to find some proper sales mate if you want a good laptop for that price, and go for acer instead of toshiba, it's cheaper and i find it way more better
