can u specify with "multileech" word? is it saved to the server first or just only streaming the file?

I'm not interested with your offer, but there's some person I'd like to recommend for this :

• [H] or vinaget -----> from the name u've know who is he.
  
• Afterburn -------> u can check afterburn site, I usually play video file since it may take one day to download that directly my pc.
  
• szalinski (rapidleech) -----> u can check rapidgen for the demo (I usually use their free service in the past).
  
• eqbal -------> his free & premium site is rapidrar, u can check that by urself.

there's also lot of people who can make that here, but since I havent test their demo, I can only recommend this person.

note: this is my personal opinion as user, might be different with other, hope it help.

I think streaming take a lot of server resources load but used less storage space, server to server need less server resources load, but a lot of storage space needed, the choice is up to u.

too much work for just usd100. for that kind of budget, look for ready made script and develop from there.
